Customer Facing Representatives

Our Customer Facing Representative role is for people who love to work with people. You enjoy helping others in small ways, big ways, and going the extra mile to deliver a fantastic earth-shattering experience customers will remember and share.

It is important that Customer Facing Representatives fit the visual and aesthetic needs of VisualCorp, and is able to communicate and educate in a friendly manner.

Common Responsibilities

• Presenting oneself conforming oneself to the visual aesthetic of VisualCorp in appearance, dress, and mannerisms. 
• Only using approved greetings and language when communicating with customers.
• Able to communicate features and benefits of products and services provided by VisualCorp and Visual DOS.
• Must be able to speak English.
• Priority placement given to age range 18 - 30.
• Evidence of ability to work required: Citizenship (Birth or Naturalized), High Social Scoring, existing assets and passive investment income required.

Call-Center Responsibilities

• Must speak clearly, and accurately when communicating with customers.
• Ability to handle 200 -300 calls per day, and work 12 hour shifts (with generous breaks).
• Flexibility in scheduling, ability to be ready-to-work within an hour of being called in, and 7-day a week, 24-hours a day availability.
• Applicants may be male or female for this role.

Retail Responsibilities

• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Processing transactions accurately. 
• Reaching 95% attachment rates monthly.
• Male applicants preferred.

Corporate Responsibilities

• Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Accurately upsell customer support requests, pairing customer needs to targeted Visual DOS solutions.
• Prioritize support requests, and provide regular follow up with our VIP clients.
• Only male applicants, please.
